After being a senior leader at a top 50 ASX listed organisation and almost two decades in global recruitment businesses spanning across the UK and Australia, I'm on a mission to redesign workplace experiences so they can genuinely work for more people and more businesses.
This goal is what inspired me to start Workplace Edit which focuses on changing workplace practices, systems and behaviours so workers get the best from their workplaces and workplaces get the best from their workers. I do this through coaching, consulting and co-creation with global clients from right here in Melbourne.

Historically, leaders have failed to fully recognise the way in which people live in addition to how they work when designing policies, workspaces and culture.
This has led workplace practices, systems and behaviours to fall short of embracing today's diverse talent pool and organisations are missing out as a result.
Today's workplaces haven't been designed with all of us in mind and we believe it’s time for an edit.
