To edit workplaces so people don't have to edit themselves.
Workplace: a space where people do their jobs Edit: an act of meaningful change
We redesign workplace experiences so they work better for more people and perform better for more businesses.
Whether you’re rethinking your employee value proposition, evolving leadership capability, making the workplace more equitable and fair, embedding new values, or aligning employee and customer experience, we partner with you to create workplace cultures that are inclusive, human, and high-performing.
Our work improves both commercial and societal outcomes, by making workplaces fit for the talent and challenges of today and tomorrow.
Most workplaces weren’t built with today’s workforce let alone tomorrow’s potential in mind.
Many of the systems, policies and norms still in place weren’t designed to attract, retain or enable the diverse talent organisations now need to thrive.
We help teams close the gap between intent and experience, strategy and reality. It’s time for an edit.
We work with bold teams to reimagine how work gets done. We do this across culture, systems, practices and physical spaces.
We design for equity, belonging and growth so people can thrive and perform, and workplaces can achieve the outcomes they’re aiming for.
Here are just some of the workplace edits we’ve led so far:
Our values aren’t just what we say, they shape how we work, who we support, and how we contribute.
We make it matter by directing our resources where they create real, lasting impact. Through fundraising, pro-bono and low-bono work, we’ve supported charities who do pivotal work including Transgender Victoria, Minus18, and The Pinnacle Foundation helping to advance equity, visibility and support for LGBTQIA+ communities.
We speak up by using our voice and influence to champion inclusion, especially when it’s uncomfortable or inconvenient. We’ve facilitated conversations, learning sessions and campaigns that name and challenge systemic exclusion, and create space for diverse identities to be seen and respected at work.
We creatively change the world of work by partnering with values-aligned organisations and changemakers to redesign workplaces where everyone, especially those historically and currently marginalised, can thrive. We draw on imagination, strategy and equity-led design to challenge the norms holding inclusion back.
